Enka Teknik handles each contract with a dedicated project team. Project Manager, the leader of project team is assigned from among the company staff taking into account the level of expertise and experience necessitated by the work scope. Planning and time schedule follow-up is one of the major activities in Company's project management system. With the start of project activities, a detailed project time schedule is prepared by the project team based on a detailed analysis of required engineering and design work volume. Project time schedule is continously followed against actual progress of work to detect problematic job items and to take the necessary corrective action in advance.
